Por ejemplo, con una envasadora de vac\u00edo. Suele estar compuesto por u<strong>na mezcla de di\u00f3xido de carbono, ox\u00edgeno y nitr\u00f3geno.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ca2cad elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9ca2cad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfEnvasar en atm\u00f3sfera modificada es lo mismo que envasar con gas?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aad347b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aad347b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si, al sustituir el aire que hay dentro del envase podemos decir que estamos modificando la atm\u00f3sfera de su interior. Con esto ralentizamos el deterioro natural de los alimentos. Es decir, alargamos su vida \u00fatil. <strong>Suelen utilizarse los dos t\u00e9rminos de forma ambivalente.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7021bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b7021bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfEn que se parece envasar al vac\u00edo y envasar en atm\u00f3sfera modificada?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95da19b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"95da19b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Podr\u00edamos decir que es lo mismo pero con matices. <strong>El envasado al vac\u00edo se realiza por extracci\u00f3n o por desplazamiento.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Extracci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Utilizamos las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lahostelera.com\/81-envasadoras-al-vacio-industriales\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">envasadoras de vac\u00edo<\/span> <\/a>para eliminar el aire de dentro del envase y alargar as\u00ed la vida \u00fatil del alimento gracias a la ausencia de ox\u00edgeno, que es el agente que los deteriora.<\/p><p><strong>Desplazamiento (sustituci\u00f3n):<\/strong> Al a\u00f1adir gas lo hacemos para conseguir lo mismo que antes, eliminar el oxigeno, esta vez siendo desplazado por el gas. Entonces, como el efecto es el mismo ya que vaciamos de oxigeno el envase <strong>-aunque lo sustituimos por gas-<\/strong> podemos decir que es envasar al vac\u00edo o al menos una manera de envasar al vac\u00edo. Es decir, de eliminar el aire\/oxigeno del interior del envase.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cee0133 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cee0133\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfCuando se utiliza gas envasando al vac\u00edo?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78ad974 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"78ad974\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Utilizamos el gas cuando el alimento a envasar no permite la eliminaci\u00f3n total o parcial del aire del interior del envase. Por ejemplo con alimentos que se deformar\u00edan debido a la presi\u00f3n de la bolsa o alimentos que romper\u00edan la bolsa.<\/p><p><strong>Ejemplo 1.<\/strong> Un bizcocho, fruta, hojaldre o crujientes como croquetas que al envasarlos en una bolsa al vac\u00edo por extracci\u00f3n <strong>simplemente los chafamos.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Ejemplo 2.<\/strong> Un marisco que <strong>pincha la bolsa y hace perder el vac\u00edo<\/strong>.
